FabaPro® is produced by processing British beans to reduce fibre and tannins and increase protein concentration. The result is a consistent, commercially useful ingredient that can replace part of the imported soya bean meal used in livestock feed.

Beans fix atmospheric nitrogen and require little or no synthetic nitrogen fertiliser. Within arable rotations they provide a valuable break crop while supporting soil structure, nutrient use and biodiversity.

BritPulse is building a contracted grower supply chain with field-level production data, giving customers greater visibility over how their feed protein has been grown and produced.
